Proven Benefits for Bone Health
In the study, experimental mice were given daily doses of 1g/kg of the shark peptides for 15 days. The results were striking. The peptides were found to stimulate osteoblast activity (cells responsible for bone formation) and significantly increased bone mineral density (BMD). Additionally, the number of adipocytes in the bone marrow, which can hinder bone formation, was reduced. These findings suggest that shark-derived peptides may offer a natural, effective solution for enhancing bone strength and reducing the risks associated with bone loss.

Further testing showed no signs of toxicity during subacute toxicology evaluations, supporting the safety of these peptides for long-term use.
